We set you up your own AirBNB, Booking.com and any other platforms you with to list on such as VRBO. This is all set up in your personal or company name so if you'd like to take over the management in the future you can do so whilst retaining all your reviews and host status!

We facilitate all change overs in between guests. This includes deep cleaning and organising for the laundry to be washed and pressed and purchasing cleaning products and sundries for use at your home. This is chargeable and will depend on the size of your home.

We are happy for you to use your own photographer but we have a fabulous photographer on hand who we can arrange to take some enticing snaps of your property to show it off to potential guests.

We put your bins out every week and keep on top of general maintenance such as cleaning, maintaining lights/ batteries/thermostats. We also check the home every time we do a change over to make sure we can stay on top of larger areas that may need attention. As the owner you are responsible for maintainence such as pipes, electrical safety, heating issues etc. Full details of this can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

We manage all the bookings and guests. This means all guest communication and managing arrivals and departures. This also includes providing excellent customer service to our guests to keep them coming back to your home time and time again! We're on hand during their whole stay and provide them with whatever they need, wherever we can!

Included in our management fee we market your property on our social media, websites and regularly attend networking events.
